2.WHAT DATA DOES THE POLICY APPLY TO?

This privacy policy applies to all information, including personal data, collected by us:

7. TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION COLLECTED BY InterElcom

InterElcom uses third parties to perform certain activities on its behalf. An example of this type of activity may be the operation of ICT systems, including e-mail, Website hosting, sharing ICT resources, data analysis, marketing support, customer service, legal services, accounting services, audit services, etc. Such third parties are entities processing personal data in on our behalf for the sole purpose of performing their function and may not process personal data for their own purposes. InterElcom will ensure that the processing of your personal data by entities processing personal data on behalf of InterElcom takes place in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR, in particular that each of such entities is aware of the obligations arising from the GDPR and complies with them. We ensure that each of the entities processing personal data on our behalf provides appropriate technical and organizational protection measures, not weaker than those required by applicable law.

We may also share your personal data with other personal data administrators, in particular if it is necessary to fulfill the obligations imposed by law, in particular to ensure the protection of rights or security on the Website, other users or third parties (e.g. for purposes related to the prosecution of crimes). , billing). We currently transfer personal data obtained through the Website to the following entities in connection with the services provided to us:

– Google LLC based in California, USA and Google Ireland Ltd – an entity that is responsible for the tool and cookies for analyzing traffic on this website (Google Analytics) and for the operation of the Google Ads cookie. The transfer of data to the USA is based on an agreement containing Standard Contractual Clauses, approved by the European Commission.
